The Exhibition
The demiurge Guerri starts from chaos, from the informal stain on raw, unwashed and water-repellent canvas. Something adheres, sticks, declares its desire to be. Thus begins, carefully, a definition with white wax crayon which will consequently see the appearance of the signs-bricks-cells-cells which are also the matrix of these epidermal universes and together stratified in doubly overlapping space-time complexes.

The Artist
Federico Guerri was born in Cesena in 1972 where he lives and works. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna.
After his studies he began his personal research that would lead him to the creation of large-format sculptures placed in natural spaces, and then progressively moved on to an increasingly pictorial language. His current work, conducted since 2005, combines painting and drawing, and he has also dedicated himself to being an engraver for years.
He has exhibited in personal and collective exhibitions at the L'Affiche Gallery in Milan, the Weber & Weber Gallery in Turin, the Gasparelli Gallery in Fano and in Rome and Brussels with the Montoro12 Gallery
